The role reports to an AD with an AE in support.

We are looking for an eager young account executive to support a team of AD, Snr AM and AM in running a busy financial services account. You will need to have some agency experience as co-ordinator or exec, so you can hit the ground running in terms of understanding agency process and you should have already started to develop good project management skills. Most importantly, you must be able to work as part of a close knit team - willing to help in any way you can. DM experience an advantage.

Min 2yrs experience supporting a Mac/PC environment and a good working knowledge of software such as AdobeCS3, Microsoft Office for Mac and iWork are essential to this role. You will be responsible for help desk management, desktop maintenance/development and network maintenance/trouble-shooting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to relate well to people at all levels will also open the door to this busy and challenging opportunity.
